Placing an Order
The initial step is to ensure we have your selected style and size available – please email us or telephone us on 06 3048 102.
Payment can be made either over the telephone by credit card, or we can email our bank details if internet banking is more convenient.
We also offer layby – the initial deposit is 25% and the balance is to be paid within 6 weeks. Please note that sale items are to be paid within 2 weeks.
Once full payment has been received we will be happy to forward your purchase via Fastway Courier for a fee of $10.00. This fee unfortunately will increase if you have a Rural Delivery address, P.O. Box, or address outside of New Zealand.
Once you have received your new purchase, if you are not totally satisfied please notify us of your concerns within 24 hours.(excluding sale or clearance items)
You may return your purchase to us within 48 hours. The shoes are to be in the same perfect, unworn condition & include a copy of your receipt and contact details with the original packaging. We will then be able to process a refund for you. Please note that we are unable to refund the return postage. We recommend returning your goods via a tracked delivery method.
Sale or Clearance items are not illegable for a refund, exchange or store credit.
