In 1925 Alfonso Chico de Guzmán grandfather of the present owners of Hispanitas decided to create his own business, calling Alfama. This modest enterprise was concerned with making shoes during the years before the civil war

At Hispanitas we continue to use traditional methods and crafts in our manufacturing process, side by side with the state of the art technology.
